Jason drives Colloquia’s global HR systems and technology,
talent management, workforce analytics and process improvement. Over the last 10 years he’s honed this expertise in the higher education, pharmaceutical and technology industries with broad experience on systems implementation and process integration.
As Director of HR Technology at G&W Laboratories, he was responsible for the successful integration of back-to-back acquisitions into G&W’s HR and Payroll systems.
With direct experience in numerous HR technology solutions supporting Core HR, Performance Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Measurement, Jason also has project management experience using Lean Six Sigma methodology and practices.
